During the consultation our Naturopathic Doctor & Physiotherapist; Dr. Sepi Sefy Ph.D  will use a range of natural diagnostics such as Iridology to determine the root cause of the complaint. Dr. Sefy will also discuss with you, your diet, exercise and general lifestyle. Please bring with you the list of current medications as our in-house pharmacologist will oversee there will be no reaction from the drugs to the herbs.

This service is a healing process, it starts with full body deep tissue holistic massage with concentration on meridian points, ending with Indian Face, Head  and shoulder massage and eventually Reiki Healing where Dr. Sefy will balance and re-align your Chakra's and work with your energy.

 

When finishing Dr. Sefy will ask you to lie down on an acupuncture mat for 10 minutes and process and digest the healing energy. Afterwards Dr.Sefy will make you a tea according to your chakras and will go through each chakra individually and tell you what she felt through your energy. This may be about your emotional well being, your past, present and state of mind. Dr. Sefy will be able to point out what you need to work on and where you are excelling.
